with a 150 m² landscaped garden. It is adjacent to a house rented on
a yearly basis. The "Hauts de Bourret" is classified 3
stars and can accommodate 4 people with possibility of sleeping for
a fifth person. Fully renovated, the house offers good conditions of
comfort and equipment, including Wi-Fi Internet access.
The 1st
floor dining room-veranda offers
a beautiful view over the
vineyards, the Ibie Valley and Vallon Pont d'Arc. The
nearby village Lagorce and
Vallon Pont d'Arc (within 3 km), the
“gorges de l’Ardèche” (rift) and the
Ibie Valley give you access to all sports,
cultural events, regional gastronomy and all shops and
entertainments. Pets are allowed with prior consent of the owner.
